Hi, I am Leonie.
As a Fitness Coach and the founder of The Harmonee Healing, my heart is dedicated to empowering women to embrace healing, cultivate self-confidence, and reclaim their power.
My journey with endometriosis began nearly 20 years ago, starting with the pain I experienced at age 12. When I finally received my diagnosis in the summer of 2017, I quickly realized how scarce accurate information was online. Now, the internet is filled with misinformation that can be overwhelming and unhelpful.
This experience has profoundly impacted my life and inspired me to document my journey, with the hope of guiding others who may feel lost or alone in their struggles.
I am continuously learning and growing; I’m currently pursuing my personal trainer license and planning to add yoga teacher training to my credentials. I love traveling and immersing myself in books about feminine health, as I believe in nurturing my own journey while supporting others.
